Frequently Asked Questions

On the day of, If the weather is forecasted to have rain or storms, we can reschedule your picnic for another daytime that works best for your schedule + the weather. Picnic events can also be held indoors at your home or rental as a back up weather plan as well.

If you are unable to determine a date to reschedule during your current trip, a credit will be offered to be used within 365 days of the original booking date.

At this time, we only host pincics on the island of St. Thomas. We highly recommend Magens or Lindquist beach for their on-site amenities & ease of access. If you have a particular location in mind or a villa, we are happy to acommodate. Please reach out for specific inquiries. 

Clients have up to 30 days prior to their scheduled event to cancel for a full refund. Clients will recieve a 50% refund if cancelled within 14 days and no refund for cancelations within 7 days. Refunds are for Picnics Under Palms services ONLY. All third party vendor cancelations will be dependent on that vendors own policy. 

Cancellations made by Picnics Under Palms for any reason will be fully refunded.

We provide quality rentals for your luxury picnic + many amenities that other companies don't offer! We ask you to respect our belongings as if they were your own. If any items are lost, stolen or found broken during clean up, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for the damages. We will be there to meet you at the end your picnic so that the table + rentals are not left unattended.

Time flies when you're having fun!

If for some reason you need to leave your picnic set up a bit early, please let us know ASAP. As stated, you are responsible for the items you rent through us, so we ask that you do not leave anything unattended.

If you choose to stay longer than your allotted time, we will charge your card on file for additional time charged by the half hour.

 We take payment via our booking platform, fareharbor. Payment can be processed with all major credit cards via the invoice you receive. All invoices act a contract between Picnics Under Palms + the client.
